After breakfast we went to office.
First, there was a presentation by Lauren about community garden that she is participating in her hometown and types of community gardens that they have in England.
Then, Katarina presented us a business model called Canvas Model. After the lunch we had free time. Both presentations were great and beneficial. Learning about community gardens, how they are organized and how do they work were inspring. Because England is really developed in this area. We found the opportunity to compare it to community gardens in Turkey and Serbia. And the difference showed us a path to follow.
The Canvas Model that Katarina presented contributed to this path and made it more clear. We think now it’s easier for us to conceptualize and classify the elements in a community garden.
In the free time we walked around the city and went to Ada Ciganlija. It was quite nice to have some free time, walk by the river, lie down under trees and chat. So we feel more energized for the next day.
